What is Card2Gold?

What can I do with the free plan?
The free plan includes unlimited business card scanning and the full CRM (4-stage pipeline, tags, interaction history, automation reminders, kanban board, CSV/vCard export)—AI features are not included in the free plan. The Standard plan (US$3/month) unlocks AI email drafts and MOU/NDA, plus 10 company research and AI opportunity analyses per month; the Pro plan (US$6/month) makes everything unlimited. No credit card required to get started, and new users get a free 14-day Pro trial.
Which languages are supported?
Card2Gold supports 7 languages: Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Thai, and Vietnamese. AI can recognize bilingual cards and automatically detect the card language.
Is my business card data secure?
Yes, and here is exactly what happens to it. We keep the picture of the card — we do not throw it away after scanning, because you will often want to look at the original again. It sits at a long web address nobody could guess, so there is no way to browse your way to someone else’s card, and when you delete a card the picture goes with it. Everything is encrypted while it travels across the internet, the same way online banking works. To read and analyse a card we send its contents to Google’s AI and get the result back — we never use your cards to train AI, and we never sell them to anyone. You can export everything and take it with you, or delete all of it, whenever you like.
How does AI opportunity analysis work?
AI cross-analyzes the contact's company size, industry type, and job level against your service offerings to generate a 0-100 opportunity score, along with collaboration suggestions and recommended talking points to help you prioritize outreach.
Can I export my card data?
Yes. Card2Gold supports CSV export of all card data (including tags, pipeline stages, and opportunity scores). You can also send contact information via email in vCard format.
How do I quickly digitize a big stack of cards after a trade show?
